  Trying to buy a vehicle from a member of this bank. This persons mom goes and talks to the bank. Says it takes 9 DAYSfor a CASHIERS CHECK to CLEAR...unless it's out of state...the. It's 11DAYS to clear. its a verified cashiers check, it's just like cash. I requested the men to call my bank to verify that the check is good. They refused. They suggested that I wire transfer the money. She explains that wire transfer would be faster because it protects the seller and them, like I didn't matter. I explained that I didn't want to do a wire transfer because it doesn't protect me. It was like pulling teeth just to get a damn receipt showing that I paid 25k to buy out the lien! I then talk to the person who owns the vehicle (military on assignment in the Middle East) who mentioned that even with direct deposit, they held his funds for 2 days!)This is by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN FROM A BANK, credit union or otherwise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!
